The National Tremor Foundation is a changing charity and website required redesigning to meet its needs.

The National Tremor Foundation is a charity that aims to provide help, support and advice to all those living with all forms of tremor irrespective of age.

Situation

The current website needs updating to be more inviting with a better user experience. The new website should be appealing to 18 – 24 year olds whilst not alienating other demographics. The site should also be appealing to people who are researching or fundraising for neurological tremor and should entice prospective investors.

Solution

A proposal was drafted which was sent to tender. and a design team was then selected. Throughout the process communication with stakeholders was maintained. For this project both Agile and Kanban approaches to managing the project cycle from project initiation and producing project plans, managing developers and designers, QA, and testing, and writing project reports. Using this approach allowed us to successfully respond to changes in the project requirements and address any project challenges quickly. This meant that the project was delivered within budget and within the expected project time.

Result

The result was significant increase in engagement with the National Tremor Foundation. This was be a 20% increase of traffic, sign ups and donations.
